2. Data and Security

We use a device identifier to create a lightweight, device-based account so you can access your data in the app.

Your business profile, clients, items, invoices, and PDFs are stored in our cloud backend to enable core functionality.

You can delete data at any time from within the app or by uninstalling the app (which removes local data).

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload, share, or generate any content that is:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or misleading
• Violent, abusive, or harassing
• Infringing on intellectual property or privacy rights

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and compliance of the invoices you create.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Pricing is displayed in USD and may vary by region.

Invoice Maker offers:

• A weekly subscription at $4.99 (no trial).
• A yearly subscription at $64.99 (no trial).

Subscriptions are auto-renewable unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your Apple App Store account settings.

Both plans unlock full access, including unlimited invoices and unlimited clients.

We do not store or have access to your payment details.

5. Intellectual Property

Invoice Maker and its content (excluding user-created documents) are owned by Constantin Ginga. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Invoice Maker is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. You are responsible for reviewing invoices and PDFs before relying on them.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invoice Maker and Constantin Ginga are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, loss of documents, or decisions made based on invoices you generate.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to subscription features if you violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription, deleting your data, or uninstalling the app.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
