• Device-Based Access: We use a device identifier to create a lightweight, device-based account so you can access your data in the app. We do not require a name, email address, or password unless you contact support.
• Business Profile: Details you add such as business name, address, contact info, tax IDs, branding (logo, signature, brand color), invoice settings, and payment details.
• Clients, Items, and Invoices: Information you enter to create and manage clients, items/services, line items, totals, notes, and invoice statuses.
• Files and PDFs: Logos, signatures, and generated invoice PDFs are stored in our cloud storage to enable access and sharing.
• Payments: Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment details.

We collect only the information needed to provide and operate Invoice Maker.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use information only to:

• Provide core features like creating invoices, managing clients and items, calculating totals, and generating PDFs.
• Store your business branding and optional payment details on invoices.
• Enable sharing and exporting of invoice PDFs.
• Respond to support inquiries if you contact us.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

3. Data Storage and Security

Invoice Maker stores your business data, clients, items, invoices, and PDFs in our cloud backend so the app can function and your data is available across sessions.

You can delete your data at any time within the app. Deleting the app removes local data, and deleting records inside the app removes them from our active systems within a reasonable time.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use Invoice Maker to:

• Create or share illegal or harmful content.
• Upload content you do not have rights to use.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the invoices you create.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Payments are processed by the Apple App Store.

We do not store or have access to your payment details.

Prices may vary by region. Subscriptions are auto-renewable but can be canceled at any time via your App Store account settings.

• $64.99 yearly subscription (no trial)

Both plans unlock full access, including unlimited invoices and unlimited clients.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and edit your data within the app.
• Delete your data at any time.
• Contact us for help with data requests or questions.

7. Children's Privacy

Invoice Maker is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under this age.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date.
